Leave operatory and equipment in the required condition at the end of the clinic session as follows:
- Turn off the light and align light arm and bracket table.
- Disinfect the saliva ejector holder and clean the saliva ejector screen in the ultrasonic cleaner, and clean the suction trap.
- Flush saliva ejector and central suction with designated solution at the end of the clinic session.
- Position the back of the chair perpendicular to the floor.
- Place the rheostat on the chair in a plastic bag.
- Turn off all control knobs and the master switch.
- Report any broken equipment by completing an equipment repair form (including instructor's name) found in the file with clinic forms. Place the completed form in Mr. Miller's mail box.
- Students are responsible for their own instruments and the clinic grade will be affected if any instruments or supplies are left in the cubicle at the end of the session.
