The Department of Allied Health Sciences is a multidisciplinary department offering courses of study leading to a Bachelors of Science degree in Allied Health and Dental Hygiene.
The Dental Hygiene program is located on the main ETSU campus in Johnson City, Tennessee.
Radiography, Cardiopulmonary Science, and Allied Health Leadership are located at the Nave Center in Elizabethton, (map) Tennessee.
In addition to classroom instruction, all programs have an externship component in the curriculum which requires that the student spend an identified amount of time in the clinical area as part of the training requirements.

Advisement is offered in the respective program areas in the Department of Allied Health Sciences.

Professional Study
Individuals with a background in allied health leadership, respiratory care, or radiologic technology may be interested in another ETSU concentration. Graduates of associate degree, certificate and/or diploma programs who meet established eligibility requirements may be able to obtain a bachelors degree.
