Function of Position
Develops, implements and evaluates all aspects of the ETSU Families First Employment Services program. Performs data management. Coordinates program with Central Office personnel in Nashville and Director. Retains his/her position as regional Director.
Essential Functions
- Provides overall programmatic leadership.
- Supervises data management input systems
- Manages case load reconciliation between the DHS accent system and the ETSU case management system.
- Manages regional case management area.
Secondary Functions
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Abilities
- Knowledge of policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of performance funding guidelines.
- Ability to manage programs.
- Ability to present information to various publics.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
Supervision Given and Received
Performs under general supervision. Supervises administrative and support staff.
Minimum Qualifications
BS/BA degree; must have director experience with Families first.
