Projects and Initiatives

The IR Office supports special projects and institutional initiatives with one-time analysis or on-going analyses.  The current projects and initiatives are:

Enrollment Projections:

The projection of enrollment for future semesters is desired to facilitate sound management decisions related to University planning for reaching goals, for allocation of resources, and for fiscal soundness.  Because enrollment and retention of students are the primary building blocks for our institutional endeavors, enrollment is a critical component to study, use, and track over time.   An enrollment projection model for ETSU is located at the above Web link.

KPI Peer Comparison (IPEDS):

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are measures, or metrics, of progress toward institutional goals or objectives.  ETSU KPI list with comparative data may be found at the above Web link.
