The WCC is primarily designed to serve ETSU students, but community members are welcome to use the Center as a resource for information and, if staff are available, assistance with short writing or speaking projects. We can also recommend and refer individuals and businesses to Center staff members who may be available to work as tutors or consultants outside the Center. Negotiating fees for such work is up to the individual staff member, since the Center itself does not do outside consulting.
