Freshman
First-time Freshmen who have not attended another college or university after high school graduation or GED completion, should follow the steps for applying included on the freshman checklist. If you attended a college as a dual enrollment student while still in high school, you should apply as a freshman and request the college attended (if not ETSU) to send an official transcript to the Undergraduate Office of Admissions, ETSU, PO Box 70731, Johnson City, TN 37614.
