I understand that:

(1) To be considered an associate degree graduate of a major articulated with ETSU.

(a) I must complete the published articulated program course sequence for my major/concentration and

(b) I must meet the associate degree requirement as stated in my community college’s catalog.

(2) I am not obligated to complete this program, if my plans change.

(3) Completion of this form does not constitute admission to East Tennessee State University.

(4) I will notify any two-year institution advisor of this Intent to Articulate.
