The ETSU Foundation
board of directors is elected from the organization's general membership. The charter provides
that up to 30
individuals may serve on the board. Terms are for four years, and
may be
renewed one time. After a term of absence for four years, a member may
be re-elected to the Board of Directors. Meetings are annual, unless a
special meeting is called. Appointees from the Chancellor
of the Tennessee Board of Regents, the President of ETSU, and the Executive
Vice President of the ETSU Foundation, serve as members of the
Board.
