On Friday, May 30 and Saturday, May 31, The City of Johnson City will be paving Southwest Ave from the four way stop at the library to the top of the hill toward Cherokee road.  Then they will pave from the four way stop to University Parkway.  A flagman will be directing traffic.  Please avoid this area, if possible.
