Advancement Services is the record keeping and report processing support unit for the Division of University Advancement at East Tennessee State University. This department is responsible for the receipting, depositing and processing of gifts to the university, maintaining current and endowment gift/pledge account records and maintaining demographic information on alumni and friends. Advancement Services prepares and issues reports and other information internally to the Division of University Advancement, throughout the university and, as required, for off-campus entities.
