Leadership Experience:

Served as President of the Social Sciences Club at Walters State Community College from Fall 2005 to Spring 2006. Responsibilities included organizing and conducting weekly meetings, organizing fund raisers for local and national charities, attended a professional conference on Latin Immigration at the University of Tennessee, and organized a panel of professors to help undergraduates prepare for graduate school.

 

25 hours Community Service with the Tennessee Community Assistance Corporation’s Americorp Program assisting low income and handicapped senior citizens. (contact person: Aubrey Shoemaker, Professor of Psychology, Walters State Community College).

 

Computer Skills:

I am competent in all versions of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Powerpoint. I am also familiar with most hardware configurations through 2005.
