use the results to improve courses and teaching.

ETSU welcomes all of the departments participating in the AQI in 2007-08!

In PHASE ONE of the AQI, departments . . .

select an option for participating in the AQI,

define expected learning outcomes,

propose measurement plans for at least three outcomes, and

submit an annual report, due March 1, 2008.

In PHASE TWO of the AQI, departments . . .

collect data on measurement plans

discuss findings and propose ways to improve student learning, and

submit an annual report, due April 1.
