Coordinates most of the academic and need based scholarships. The office provides information and scholarship applications for ETSU scholarships and serves as a resource for external scholarship information.

Academic Advisement for all students identified as "undeclared majors" and students who are taking developmental studies courses. Students who are only taking developmental math courses should see their major advisor.

University Tutoring Services Click to go to website
A university funded academic support program that offers a variety of tutoring approaches.
- PAL (Peer Assisted Learning) are group study sessions in selected high risk courses. These study sessions are held in Sherrod Library Room 354. PAL subjects include: Biology, Chemistry, History, Physics, Probability and Statistics and Calculus.

Blackboard Online Tutoring offers additional material such as handouts and review material. Discussion Boards and the Virtual Classroom allow the student to post questions which are later answered by a tutor. Blackboard subjects include: Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Probability and Statistics, Calculus, Pre Calculus, Psychology and History.
