Event Description A popular interval class that mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. The workout moves quickly, taking you from one exercise to the next with little or no rest. Many of these moves are intermediate/advanced, so modifications will be shown whenever necessary to stay safe and avoid injury. |
