Event Description

The proper understanding and management of the various types of leave can help supervisors avoid a multitude of problems. This class will cover the following topics to assist supervisors in managing employee leave: when and how to use the various types of leave; Family Medical Leave Act; emergency/weather closures; Workers’ Compensation; leave approval procedure; use of the Employee Assistance Program.
