The Student Composers’ Forum will be held Monday, Dec. 10, at 7:30 p.m. in the Mathes Hall auditorium.

Various performers and ensembles from the ETSU Department of Music have been collaborating with the young composers and will premiere their new creations during this free public recital. The composers include David Streng, winner of the 2012 Kenton Coe Composition Award, along with Audrey Altonen, Brandon Blevins, Benjamin Dawson, Michael King, Hanbo Ma and Ethan Tate.

The composition students are taught by award-winning composer Dr. Maria Niederberger, ETSU professor of Music.
