ETSU student Elias Rasmussen awarded Tennessee Constables Association Scholarship

Event Description

JOHNSON CITY (December 4, 2012) – East Tennessee State University senior Elias Rasmussen was awarded a $500 scholarship by the Tennessee Constables Association recently.

Rasmussen, a native of Harrogate, is majoring in criminal justice with a minor in psychology. He hopes to become employed at the federal level in counterintelligence or in preventing crimes against children, human trafficking and international terrorism.
