Small Business Finance

Event Description
Small Business Finance is an in-depth look at financing options for business and the process for applying for a business loan with an emphasis on SBA’s loan programs. The session is four hours in duration designed in two two-hour blocks. During the first block will be discussions of business financial management to include financial definitions (debt, equity, collateral and other terms) and how these terms relate to the business loan process. A step-by-step financial planning tool will be discussed and demo nstrated. The second two-hour block will be a form-by-form analysis of a successful SBA business loan guaranty package to include a discussion of the importance of each of the required documents and attachments. There is a $50 per person fee for this workshop that includes a 3-ring binder of all course materials and a CD containing all the required checklists, forms, and spreadsheets.
