Most of the software programmers in our company speak English and one more language from India. We are a team of close to 100 software programmers. We wish to annually add 20 fresh software programmers to work with us on full time basis. We specialize in DotNet and Oracle and SAP. All the students who complete the initial training program are successfully hired as software programmers with a minimum salary of 55K per year. The average salary for an employee exceeds 100K per year. We have a 99% employee retention rate.
