(i) A college transcript; an unofficial copy sent via e-mail is acceptable.

(ii) Two letters of recommendation to be mailed or e-mailed directly to gk12@etsu.edu   These should address your academic record, breadth of coursework, participation in undergraduate research (if applicable), communication skills, and suitability for work in a complex team environment.

(iii) A complete application submitted to the ETSU Graduate School; follow the directions at www.etsu.edu/gradstud/  NOTE THAT THE GRADUATE SCHOOL NEEDS OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS AND SEPARATE LETTERS OF RECOMMENDATION.  YOU MAY WAIT UNTIL HEARING FROM US, THE GK-12 MANAGEMENT TEAM, BEFORE APPLYING TO THE ETSU GRADUATE SCHOOL
