SSCA/Lambda Pi Eta
The Student Speech Communication Association (SSCA) is the official student body for speech majors at ETSU. The local chapter of the national honors for Speech is Lambda Delta Alpha.
Lambda Pi Eta is the official honor society of the National Communication Association. Any student who achieves and maintains academic excellence in any sub-specialty in Communication may apply for membership in the organization. Lambda Pi Eta encourages its members to attain high levels of scholarly achievement as well as engage actively in generating interest about the communication discipline.
