Doug's Bagna Cauda
The Stuff That Goes in It
2/3 cup of olive oil
fresh rosemary, chopped
6 garlic cloves, minced
2 oz. anchovie filet, smashed
7 t. of butter
pepper
What to do:
mix all the stuff up and heat
serve hot with fresh veggies to dip in it
Footnote:
Prolly not good for your lipid levels. But maybe for a treat?
