Doug's Reasonably Tasty Chipolte Sauce
What Goes In It:
a couple of cans of chipolte peppers (or 1 cup dried, which have been soaked)
salt: to taste
pepper: to taste
2 or 3 finely minced garlic cloves
What to do:
put in blender and puree
it's ready to go.
will keep for a week or so in the frig...
