Doug's Chilean Hot Sauce (Pebre)
The Stuff That Goes in It
1 T. ground chilies (Your choice, it's your funeral.)
1 garlic clove
1 medium onion, chopped
1 bunch of coriander or parsley, chopped
1 T. of vinegar
2 T. olive oil
1/2 cup of water
coarse salt
What to do:
rough chop for a sort of salsa, or
whooz it in the blender for sauce
Footnote:
It should keep in the fridge for a couple of weeks. Toss it after that.
