Doug's Fresh Salsa

Addictive.

What Goes In It:

• 2 decent sized tomatoes or a bunch of cherry tomatoes: chopped
• 1/2 cup of purple onions: diced
• 1 Seranno pepper: seeded and diced
• 2 T. lime juice
• 1/2 t. cumin
• 1/4 t. kosher salt
• 1/4 t. black pepper
• 1/2 cup of cilantro: chopped

What to do:

• Mix it all up.
