Doug's Quick and Dirty Salsa (Salsa #2)

What Goes In It:

• lots of chopped tomatoes (or puree them)
• salt: to taste
• pepper: to taste
• chopped cilantro: to taste (start small and go from there)
• a finely minced garlic clove
• a liberal dose of your favorite hot sauce, like Doug's Death to Chile Heads Hot Sauce

What to do:

• Mix it all up.
• Chill it a bit and then eat it.
