The Stuff That Goes in It
- asparagus, cooked
- tuna, cooked and sliced
- artichoke hearts, marinated or not
- boiled eggs
- boiled or grilled shrimp
- mushrooms, marinated
- sliced mozzarella
- salami, proscuitto, mortadella, and other Italian meats
- veggies, if you want, like slices of grilled radiccio, sliced tomatoes
- olive oil, salt, and pepper
What to do:
Put it all on a nice, big platter and put a little olive oil on it. And eat it.
