Doug's Bagna Cauda
The Stuff That Goes in It
- 2/3 cup of olive oil
- fresh rosemary, chopped
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 oz. anchovie filet, smashed
- 7 t. of butter
- pepper
What to do:
- mix all the stuff up and heat
- serve hot with fresh veggies to dip in it
Footnote: Prolly not good for your lipid levels. But maybe for a treat? .
