Doug's Green Olive Tapenade



The Stuff That Goes in It

• 1 cup of green olives (take the pits out!!!)
• 2 garlic cloves
• 2 t. of capers
• 1/2 cup of chopped parsley
• 1/2 t. of thyme
• 1/3 cup of olive oil
• salt and pepper

What to do:

Whooz it in the blender until it makes a paste of a consistency you like. Spread on bread, or whatever.
