Doug's Madras Curry Powder (HOT)

I am sure every family has its own version. This is the only one I have ever written down.....

The Stuff That Goes in It

• 4 dried red chilies (your choice, it's your funeral)
• 4 T. coriander seeds
• 5 T. cumin seeds
• 2 T. black peppercorns
• 3 T. tumeric
• 1/2 t. mustard seeds
• 1/2 t. fenugreek seeds
• 2 in cinammon stick
• 6 cardamon seeds
• 2 T. cloves

What to do:

• Grind it all up
  
  
• Store in a cool, dry place
