Doug's Baked Shrimp with Black Pepper
Don't know where I got this. Been making it for ..oh,...25 years.
What Goes In It:
1 lb. or more Tiger Shrimp (or whatever), leave shells on, but devein
one stick of butter, in slices
lots of cracked black pepper
What to do:
get a baking dish and spread the shrimp out, one layer deep
cover with butter slices, lemon, black pepper and salt
put in a pre-heated oven (350 or so) and leave for 12-14 minutes
eat them!!! Serve with salad, bread, and lots of good beer!!!
