Doug's Watercress Soup
What Goes In It:
chicken stock
3-4 slices of ginger
a bunch or two of watercress: cleaned, with the leaves picked off
chopped green onions
What to do:
Heat the broth and add the ginger for minute or two. Remove ginger.
Add the water cress and green onions. Serve.
