Ritmo Latino is the only bilingual radio program featured on 89.5 WETS FM.  It was originally concieved by ETSU graduate Martin Stephens, who started Ritmo Latino in 1998.  Martin's desire was to leave a legacy for the Spanish-speaking community.

Ritmo Latino currently features contemporary Latino music, with Juan Chiu as host and executive producer.
