I have been working as a professional communicator for more than 10 years now (7+ in digital) and believe that good, relevant content is the crux of all good marketing.
I was hired as Eastman’s first community manager in 2012, responsible for the overall digital strategy of Eastman’s first direct-to-consumer brand. In that role I was responsible for content management, social marketing, SEO, SEM, app development, web analytics and more. My position has since grown into a corporate role, in which I oversee all of Eastman’s digital strategy and act as a consultant for each Marketing Communications Manager and his/her brand(s).
I’m also the marketing project lead for Eastman.com and Eastman’s online web portfolio. Tactical work includes SEO and metrics. Strategy work includes big-picture change management around integration with Sales, lead nurture, marketing automation, identifying future technology stack, social strategy and more.
