Requirements for a Sociology Minor
A minor consists of 18 credit hours of study in sociology. Students must earn at least a “C” in each required course in the minor and achieve an overall grade point average of 2.0 in courses counted for the minor.
Course requirements: SOAA 1020 Introduction to Sociology SOAA 2020 Social Problems SOAA 3210 Sociological ResearchThe remaining electives are to be chosen by students in consultation with a departmental advisor.
