Included are files concerning railroad organizations and property, cities and industries of the region, passenger and freight service, employee labor unions, rules and agreements, disasters, contracts, charity donations, community involvement, departments of the company and reader files. Reader files were used to circulate information within the company. They consist of a wide range of subjects including community events, billing of shipments, tax assessment, work authorization, damage expenses, employment advertisement and insurance for both employees and property.
