This photograph taken at Caney Creek Camp in 1935 depicts a Sunday get-together between the Tiller, Crabtree, and Fletcher families. Families would often convene outside of the cars due to limited space indoors. Note on the left-hand side of the picture the location of the housing cars on the railroad tracks, as well as the "sidewalk" that runs next to the cars. Also, you can see on the right hand side of the picture that extra supports were added when the cars came to rest on the tracks.
