 FORMS:   REQUEST FOR DUPLICATION    AUDIO-VIDEO LOAN

REFERENCE

There is no fee for using the Archives on site. We are happy to help you locate materials relating to your research. Copies are 10 cents per page.

The Archives provides distance reference service by telephone, mail, or e-mail. There is a minimum $10.00 reference fee applied to distance requests. This fee covers up to one hour of staff time and up to 10 pages of photocopied material. Additional copies are 25 cents each.

 

 

DUPLICATION SERVICES

The Archives provides duplication services as described in our Access Services and Fees Guide. Copies can be provided for most formats found in our collections.  To place an order, consult the Guide for information regarding formats and fees, complete the Request for Duplication Form, and send it with your payment to the Archives.

 

 

LOANS

Selected audio-visual materials may be borrowed for up to one month. There is a $5.00 fee per audio recording and $8.00 fee per video recording. For large orders, shipping charges will be applied. There is no fee for recordings picked up in person. To place an order, please complete the Audio-Visual Loan Form and send it with your payment to the Archives.
