In order to successfully fulfill the expectations of the College of Business and Technology Honors Program, you must complete the following requirements:
- Entering freshmen must have a high school GPA of 3.5 (4.0 scale) AND a minimum ACT composite of 27 (SAT 1210).
- Non-freshman applicants (30 + semester hours) must have a minimum college GPA of 3.25 overall or 3.5 in major courses.
- Scholarship holders must take a minimum 15 semester hours in all but the thesis semester. Those not holding scholarships must take at least 12 hours each semester (full-time student status), and a specific GPA must be maintained by all Honors Students according to credit hours received as the following chart displays:

- Graduation with honors designation requires a 3.25 GPA, completion of designated Honors coursework and General Education requirements, and an orally presented senior Honors thesis (three credit hours), receiving a grade of B or higher.
- University Honors Scholars that are also College of Business and Technology Honors Scholars are only required to complete one six credit hour thesis to fulfill the thesis expectations of both programs.
