The Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree is designed for men and women who wish to advance their knowledge and preparation for positions of responsibility in business or not-for-profit institutions. It is recognized as a key to success in both large and small organizations. The MBA is available to students whose undergraduate studies were in business or non-business fields.

ETSU's MBA program in the College of Business and Technology (CBAT)combines an over 40-year tradition of excellence with major new features that make it one of the most innovative programs in the nation. Courses cover the organizational, financial, and operational management of organizations; the global economic and information environment; and the production and marketing of goods and services. Emphasis is given to the strategic view of the organization, to cooperation and teamwork, and to effective problem solving.
