Universitat de Valenciea

The Universitat de Valencia is one of the oldest universities in Europe.  Within its 500 years of history, the Universitat de Valencia has progressively enlarged the areas of study.  Currently it offers a wide range of disciplines.  The university has three campuses:  the campus of Blasco Ibanez, the campus of Burjassot, and the campus "Els Tarongers.:  The university has around 60,000 students, supervised by more than 3,000 lecturers and 1,500 people working as administrative staff.

The third campus, Els Tarongers, houses the Faculty of Law, Economics and Business, and the Schools of Management and Business Studies, Social Work and Work Relations.  The Tarongers campus, devised to receive 30,000 students and especially designed to suit the needs of the new programs of study, has a structure based on departmental buildings and lecture room buildings.
