New Deans Seminar
Dr. Spritzer led the development of the AACSB International New Deans Seminar in 2001. He also serves as one of the lead facilitators for the seminar. The four-day program provides an opportunity for new deans to benefit from the wisdom of veteran deans who lead the seminar. New dean attendees who interact are provided with an understanding of What every new dean needs to know about being The Dean. The program has consistently been evaluated by attendees among the highest-rated AACSB International seminar offerings.
