Research Interests:
Our group is interested in reagent design, synthetic methodology, asymmetric synthesis and natural product total synthesis. Two of the targets we are pursuing are shown below.

Recent developments in our laboratories include the reaction of diazoalkanes with nitrosonium salts to yield nitrile oxides in situ, as well as the palladium catalyzed generation of nitrile oxides from allyl chloro oxime carbonates as shown below.
