Mission
Statement
The mission of the Office of Continuous Improvement is
to
- support and facilitate identification, prioritization,
and accomplishment of University-wide improvement initiatives;
- facilitate the development, implementation, and management
of web-based electronic protocols and systems that emerge
from the Strategic Planning and Institutional Effectiveness
Committee;
- design and institutionalize processes that utilize
electronic documentation and support compliance with
SACS standards;
- identify methods to enhance online resources to support
effective communication with internal and external audiences;
and
- capitalize on the web as a marketing and communication
tool to enhance ETSU's reputation and credibility.
