It is your responsibility to
file your intent to graduate by the second week of the semester
that
you intend to graduate. You can get
your intent form from the graduate office in the
administration
building. Failure to file your intent will result in you not
graduating. This is a requirement of the
graduate office. You may
file your intent early; however, if you file your
intent and realize
you will
not be graduating when you had planned, you must re-file a
new
intent.
If you have any additional questions about the program and/or
requirements,
please contact
the MAT Office. Also,
appointments are
required to meet with MAT
coordinators. Please
call the MAT office
to
make an appointment.
