Important Information

  • Students may access their Praxis II scores from the ETS website and forward an electronic copy to the College of Education. In addition, please save a copy for your records and drop off a copy to the Student Teaching Office since this will speed up the processing of your application.

  • You must put your social security number on the form for it to be processed.

  • Praxis scores are posted on-line for only one month.

  • To print out most of our forms including the program sheets from 2004 to the current ones, please use our Kiosk in Room 321, Warf Pickel.
