Faculty and staff at schools that are members of the Community Colleges of Appalachia (CCA) Association can now receive in-state tuition rates when enrolling in the Community College Leadership Graduate Certifcate at East Tennessee State University. College membership can be confrmed by contacting the Community Colleges of Appalachia.
