The focus of the program is on the professional development of post-secondary or private sector leaders who have a strong desire to enhance their knowledge of leadership principles and to become more effective leaders in their organizations.
Cohorts
All students in the PPSL concentration will move through the degree programs as part of an online cohort group. Cohort students will begin the program in the same semester and continue through the program with the same group, taking two credit courses each semester, except for two 6-hour courses, until the program is completed.
