Christina D. Parlier

                                                              Office Coordinator

    Christy Parlier joined the ETSU Center of Excellence staff in July of 2003.  She serves as the Office Coordinator for the COE. 

    Christy brings with her approximately 16 years experience in the administrative field. 

    Christy attended Milligan College where her study was focused on Paralegal Studies and received a certificate in 1996.        

    She also attended East Tennessee State University in 2000 with focus on Human Resource Management.
