Ed.S. Degree in Counselor Leadership

The Educational Specialist Degree (Ed.S.) in Counselor Leadership is a 31 credit degree and concentration offered by the Counseling Program in the Department of Human Development & Learning (HDAL) and the Department of Educational Leadership & Policy Analysis (ELPA). This program is designed as a post-masters degree for those who seek a specialization leading to leadership positions in schools and school districts in counseling. Those with a school counseling license already can also use this program to gain the credits needed for an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor).
